Auto enrolment

As an employer you have an obligation to set up a qualifying pension scheme for your employees. We can help you with:

• Establishing your staging date and liaising with The Pensions Regulator
• Introducing our in-house pensions specialist who will discuss your needs and put in place a pension scheme suited to your requirements. All for a very competitive fee
• Setting up a simple pension scheme such as NEST to meet the minimum requirements (though we cannot give advice on the suitability of the scheme or others)
• Calculate the weekly or monthly deductions for each of your eligible employees and submit according to the pension provider
• Produce, manage and distribute all the required correspondence to employees from the outset through to new and leaving employees. We will maintain a full audit trail so that your business meets The Pension Regulator’s regulations
• Put in place BrightPay Connect that will allow your employees to access their letters, payslips and P60’s from one convenient location which is available to download as an app for their smart phone or via the internet
• Completing The Pensions Regulator declaration confirming that you have met your duties by your staging date
